咽异感症主要是咽部粘膜的慢性炎症,为上呼吸道慢性卡他性炎症的一部分。此病,由多种因素引起,其中神经、精神的因素占有一定的比例,西医称之为“咽神经官能症”;中医称之为“梅核气”,多与情绪有关,“以致肝肺不舒,气痰交郁所致”。笔者在近二年内门诊治疗咽异感症患者12例,收到了满意的疗效。1 资料 12例中,男4例、女8例;年龄为30—58岁之间,38岁以上者9例,占总数的75%;病程最短
