蚕蚀性角膜溃疡又称 Mooren 氏溃疡,是一种自角膜边缘开始的渐进性角膜溃疡、病程经过缓慢,预后差。本病病因还不十分明确,在治疗上目前也无特效方法,近年来作者采用以结膜瓣遮盖为主的方法治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡、取得了比较满意的疗效。一、临床资料近年来我们采用以结膜瓣遮盖为主的方法治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡共8例,均为单眼患病、其中男性5例、女性3例,年龄最小46岁,最大70岁,平均年龄57岁。采用本方法治疗前病程:2周1个,1个月2个。1个小月2个,2个月2个,3个月1个。8例病人均已在1～4家医院确诊为蚕蚀性角腹溃疡,并已经用过多种不同药物和方法对患眼局部及全身治疗,但无效。二、冶疗方法
