合规是银行内部一项核心的风险管理活动,合规文化则是银行生存发展的基础文化。河北省分行自成立以来,针对管理基础相对较弱、人员素质相对较低的问题,把建设合规文化作为提升内控执行力、推动银行稳健发展的有力抓手,有效促进了全行又好又快发展。2010年、2011年连续两年获得省政府颁发的“金融贡献奖”;2011年被河北银监局授予“无案件机构”称号,被邮储银行总行授予“2011年案件防控先进单位”称号。
Compliance is a core risk management activity within banks, and compliance culture is the foundation culture for the survival and development of banks. Since its establishment, Hebei Branch has focused on building a compliance culture as a strong starting point for enhancing the execution of internal control and promoting the steady development of banks in light of the relatively weak management foundation and relatively low staff quality, effectively promoting the soundness of the Bank Fast development. In 2010 and 2011, it won the “Financial Contribution Award” issued by the provincial government for two consecutive years in 2011; was awarded the title of “No Case Institution” by Hebei Banking Regulatory Bureau in 2011 and was awarded “2011 Case Prevention Control advanced unit ”title.
