目前,许多管理专家普遍认为,未来成功企业的模式就是建立学习型组织。在市场经济条件下,我国国有企业在多次变革后,其性质、功能、管理模式发生了巨大变化,但面对国内外知名企业和民营经济的激烈竞争,除要完善现代企业制度外,还应建立高效的学习型企业行政管理模式,使企业保持旺盛的学习能力,推动企业财富速增、服务超值。建设学习型行政管理模式是项长期的系统工程,主要体现在行政领导行为、组织机构、人力资源管理、建立企业电子政务平台等方面的改革。
At present, many management experts generally believe that the future model of successful business is to establish a learning organization. Under the conditions of a market economy, after many changes, China’s state-owned enterprises have undergone tremendous changes in their nature, functions and management modes. However, facing the fierce competition between well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and the private economy, in addition to improving the modern enterprise system, We should establish an efficient learning enterprise management mode to enable enterprises to maintain strong learning ability and promote the rapid growth of corporate wealth and service value. Building a learning administrative management mode is a long-term systematic project, mainly reflected in the reform of administrative leadership behavior, organizational structure, human resources management, establishment of enterprise e-government platform and so on.
