Hill is very smart and hardworking. When he was in high school, he showed extraordinary talents in mathematics. Often teachers just wrote an equation on the black version, and he could quickly find the answer and win awards from teachers and students. In 1902 Hill with excellent mathematical results, repeated by the school recommended at the age of 16 entered the famous University of Cambridge, Trinity Institute of mathematics students.
