灵芝菌的子实体作为一种药用植物闻名于中国和日本。本文研究了用油料作物加工副产品作为栽培灵芝培养基主要成分的情况。研究结果表明,这些副产品含有足以保证灵芝菌旺盛生长的全部营养成分。发现培养基的结构及相关的氧浓度是菌丝体生长的重要参数。制定了菌丝生长的最佳培养基。
The fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum is famous as a medicinal plant in China and Japan. This article studies the use of oil-based crop processing by-products as the main components of cultivated Ganoderma Lucidum medium. The results show that these by-products contain enough of the nutrients to keep ganoderma alive. The structure of the medium and the associated oxygen concentration were found to be important parameters for mycelial growth. The optimum medium for mycelial growth was established.
