目的研究海尔福对铅暴露小鼠学习记忆功能及生长状况的影响。方法选择健康断乳昆明小鼠,随机分为3组即对照组、染铅组(自由饮用质量分数为0.075%醋酸铅溶液)、干预组(自由饮用质量分数为0.075%醋酸铅溶液+灌胃海尔福1.5 ml/d),共8周。观察生长过程并称体质量。在染毒第1、4、8周,用水迷宫实验测试其学习记忆能力。结果染铅组小鼠与对照组比较,体质量增加缓慢、学习记忆功能降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组小鼠与染铅组比较,体质量增加,学习记忆功能提高(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组小鼠体质量增加及学习记忆功能与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铅可降低幼年小鼠体质量的增加和学习记忆功能;而海尔福可明显改善铅对幼年小鼠发育及学习记忆功能的影响。
Objective To study the effects of Haier Fu on the learning and memory function and the growth of lead-exposed mice. Methods Healthy weaning Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, lead group (free drinking 0.075% lead acetate solution), intervention group (free drinking 0.075% lead acetate solution + 1.5 ml / d) for a total of 8 weeks. Observed the growth process and said body mass. The 1st, 4th and 8th weeks of exposure were tested by water maze test for learning and memory ability. Results Compared with the control group, the body weight increased slowly and the learning and memory abilities decreased in the lead-exposed mice (P <0.05, P <0.01). Compared with the lead-exposed mice, the body weight and the learning and memory ability increased <0.05, P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group on body weight gain and learning and memory ability (P> 0.05). Conclusion Lead can reduce the increase of body weight and learning and memory function in young mice; and Haier Fu can significantly improve the effects of lead on the development of young mice and learning and memory.
