目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张的价值。方法:彩色多普勒超声测量不同曲张程度的精索静脉管径及流速,进行统计学处理。结果:精索静脉曲张程度的彩色多普勒反映的指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张以血管管径与彩色血流情况相结合为诊断标准。
Objective: To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of varicocele. Methods: The diameter and velocity of varicocele were measured by color Doppler ultrasound with different degrees of varicosity, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: There was significant difference between the indexes of varicocele and color Doppler (P <0.001). Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of varicocele with vascular diameter and color blood flow as the diagnostic criteria.
