目的:探讨川芎嗪对急性心肌梗死模型大鼠的保护作用。方法:利用结扎清醒大鼠冠状动脉左前降支复制急性心肌梗死模型,将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组,模型组及川芎嗪(20 mg/kg)组,每组10只。测定清醒大鼠血清LDH、SOD和MDA和心肌细胞凋亡指数。结果:川芎嗪组血清LDH值与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。川芎嗪组血清SOD活性显著高于模型组(P<0.01),血清MDA含量显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪能明显提高SOD、降低MDA、LDH的含量,减小心肌细胞凋亡数量,对急性心肌梗死模型大鼠具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of ligustrazine on acute myocardial infarction rats. Methods: A total of 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and ligustrazine (20 mg / kg) group, 10 rats in each group. Serum LDH, SOD, MDA and cardiomyocyte apoptosis index in conscious rats were measured. Results: The serum LDH value of ligustrazine group was significantly different from that of model group (P <0.01). Serum SOD activity of ligustrazine group was significantly higher than that of model group (P <0.01), and serum MDA content was significantly lower than that of model group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Ligustrazine can significantly increase SOD, decrease the contents of MDA and LDH, and decrease the number of cardiomyocyte apoptosis, which may have a protective effect on rats with acute myocardial infarction.
