步入21世纪以来,伴随着国际经济形势的变化与科技文化的发展,财务会计等行业的规模在不断缩小,同时各企业对财务管理人员的硬性要求也在不断降低,但整体则呈现高端、高质的需求走向。从根本上来说,在不断变化的经济背景下,财务人才也必须实现其转型发展,才能更好地迎合市场发展的需求。本文主要以能力成熟度为模型,首先分析了财务管理人才所需具备的基本条件,然后总结了不同成熟度层级的财务管理人才特征,最后提出了实现转型的重要策略。

Based on the ability maturity model, this paper first analyzes the basic requirements of financial management personnel, then summarizes the characteristics of financial management personnel at different maturity levels, and finally puts forward an important strategy to achieve transformation.
