补锅,就是把坏了的铁锅补一补,听上去很简单,但其中的技艺很不简单,大多是祖传的。我的太爷爷就是一个补锅高手。太爷爷是在抗战时期出生的。当时,国家深受外敌侵略,加上内乱不断,老百姓的生活十分穷苦。毫不夸张地说,老百姓连一只碗、一口锅都买不起,锅碗若是坏了,大多家庭都选择“缝缝补补又三年”地用。太爷爷就乘势学了祖传的补锅技艺。
