各市、县、自治县人民政府,省府直属有关单位: 现将《国务院批转国家经贸委等部门关于进一步开展资源综合利用意见的通知》(国发〔1996〕36号)转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。我省的具体实施办法,由省经委会同省计委、财政厅、地税局、物价局等有关部门,根据国务院的要求,结合我省的情况制定。
People’s governments of cities, counties and autonomous counties, and provincial government departments directly under the Central Government hereby forward the Notice of the State Council on Forwarding Opinions of the State Economic and Trade Commission and other Departments on Furthering the Comprehensive Utilization of Resources (Guo Fa [1996] No. 36), please be conscientious execute thouroughly. The specific implementation measures in our province are formulated by the Provincial Economic Commission together with the provincial Planning Commission, the Department of Finance, the Local Taxation Bureau, the Price Bureau and other relevant departments in accordance with the requirements of the State Council and the conditions in our province.
