德国“双元制”职教模式,成功地实现了教学过程与生产过程的密切结合,有效地促进了德国经济持续快速健康发展。本文从分析德国“双元制”职业教育的法律背景、校企关系、经费投入和师资力量等方面入手,客观比较了我国职业教育与德国职业教育在运行机制方面存在的差异,有针对性地提出了我国职业教育改革和发展的方向。
Germany “dual system” vocational education mode, the successful realization of the teaching process and the production process of the close combination, effectively promoted the sustained, rapid and healthy economic development in Germany. Based on the analysis of the legal background of the “dual system” vocational education in Germany, the relationship between school and enterprise, funding and teachers, this article objectively compares the differences in the operating mechanism between the vocational education in Germany and the German vocational education. Propose the direction of the reform and development of vocational education in our country.
