一、前言利用超声波的表面波,对已安装、运行的汽轮机叶片的叶身和叶根进行定期探伤,是防止或减少叶片断裂事故的有效措施之一。由于叶片间隙较小;叶根结构复杂,使用一般的超声表面波探头不能进行检查,必需采用微型表面波探头。但国内尚未生产过此类探头,为了满足国内电力工业生产中的迫切需要,汕头超声电子仪器厂,热工研究所共同组织试制了这种探头。微型表面波探头,外型尺寸分别为22×12×10mm~3和22×10×10mm~3,并分为带线和脱线的两个类型。见图1、2、3。
I. However, such probes have not yet been produced domestically. In order to meet the urgent needs in the domestic power industry, Shantou Ultrasonic Electronic Instrument Factory and Thermal Research Institute jointly tried and tested this probe. Micro-surface wave probe, the external dimensions were 22 × 12 × 10mm ~ 3 and 22 × 10 × 10mm ~ 3, and is divided into two types with the line and off-line. See Figure 1, 2, 3.
