1990年是90年代第一春,在世纪之交的年代,我国要实现第二个发展目标,实现国民经济第二个翻番,达到小康的社会生活水平,为21世纪奔向更大的发展目标打下基础。我们要为实现这个目标贡献力量。本会的基本任务是要在马克思主义旗帜下,认真贯彻“百花齐放,百家争鸣”的方针,加强自然科学工作者同社会科学工作者、哲学工作者的广泛联盟,促进自然辩证法的基础研究和应用研究,为我国社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设服务,为坚持和发展马克思主义作出贡献。
