自马钱科(Loganiaceae)植物胡蔓藤(Gelsemium elegans Benth.)根中分离得到的两个新的氧化吲哚生物碱:胡蔓藤碱乙(humantenine)和胡蔓藤碱丁(humantenirine),前者为无色透明的树胶状物,后者为无色块状结晶mp 168~169℃。根据高分辨质谱确定它们的分子式分别为C_(21)H_(26)N_2O_3和C_(21)H_(26)N_2O_4。根据紫外光谱,红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱和碳谱以及质谱分析,并制备其衍生物,确定它们的结构分别为式(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)所示。胡蔓藤碱乙经对其氢溴酸盐单晶进行X-光衍射晶体解析进一步确证了结构。
Two new lanthanoid alkaloids isolated from the roots of the genus Geelsemium elegans Benth. of the family Loganiaceae: humantenine and humantenirine. The former is colorless and transparent. Gum, which is a colorless, blocky crystal, mp 168-169°C. Their molecular formulas were determined by high resolution mass spectrometry as C_(21)H_(26)N_2O_3 and C_(21)H_(26)N_2O_4. According to ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and carbon spectrum, and mass spectrometry analysis, and their derivatives were prepared, and their structures were determined as shown in Formula (I) and (II), respectively. Humendrome B was further confirmed by X-ray diffraction crystal analysis of its hydrobromide single crystal.
