鱼精蛋白对抗肝素期间出现循环意外屡有报告。研究表明有些循环抑制作用与鱼精蛋白用药剂量和注药速度有关。因此,掌握适当的鱼精蛋白用量很有必要。本研究观察了体外循环后分次应用小剂量鱼精蛋白逐步对抗肝素时的剂量-效应关系,探讨鱼精蛋白对抗肝素的适宜比例,并为小剂量鱼精蛋白对抗肝素提供一定依据。
Protamine has repeatedly been reported to have recurrent circulations during the fight against heparin. Studies have shown that some of the role of circulating inhibition and protamine dosage and injection rate related. Therefore, it is necessary to master the appropriate amount of protamine. In this study, we observed the dose-response relationship of small doses of protamine gradually after CPB against heparin, and explored the appropriate proportion of protamine against heparin, and provided a basis for the small doses of protamine against heparin.
