铜山县太山农具厂职工食堂因供给隔夜后重蒸10分钟的剩大米干饭,使8名职工发生食物中毒。经现场调查,初步认为是由蜡样芽胞杆菌所引起。临床表现及调查食用致病剩干饭8人,均有程度不同的中毒症状。潜伏期40分~1小时。突然发病、恶心、呕吐,直到吐尽胃内食物,并伴有头痛、头昏、四肢无力等症状。有轻重不同的腹痛,2例出现腹泻,体温正常。7人入乡卫生院补液,1人未经治疗。中毒症状一般在24~48小时内消失,无死亡。流行病学调查 5月13日中午,该厂食堂将5月12日晚餐剩大米干饭[用大瓷盆装,
