为了解决野战条件下医疗器械、敷料、注射器、医用手套等物品的灭菌问题,我院研制成功了野战式消毒囊。在长春生物制品研究所的协助下,对此囊在不同条件下不同物品的灭菌效果进行了试验,并先试用于动物手术,而后过渡到临床手术,经十多年的临床实用观察效果良好。仅统计1977年用此囊灭菌的手术器械等物品,做胃大部切除术,甲状腺大部切除术、兰尾切除术等159例,其中感染4例(原因尚难定论)。下面就消毒囊的制作与使用、灭菌原理、消毒效果分述如下。
In order to solve the field conditions of medical equipment, dressings, syringes, medical gloves and other items of sterilization problems, our hospital successfully developed a field-type sterilization bag. With the help of Changchun Institute of Biological Products, this capsule has been tested for the sterilization effect of different articles under different conditions. The experiment was first applied to animal surgery and then to clinical surgery. After more than 10 years of clinical practical observation, the effect was good . Only statistics in 1977 with the capsule sterilized surgical instruments and other items, so gastrectomy, thyroidectomy, orchidotomy 159 cases, of which 4 cases of infection (the reason is still hard to say). The following disinfection of the production and use of capsules, sterilization principle, disinfection results are described below.
