从农业生产合作社转变成为人民公社,是我国社会又一次具有历史意义的重要发展.党的八届六中全会的决议中指出:“农业生产合作社变为人民公社,使原有的集体所有制扩大了和提高了,并且带上了若干全民所有制的成分,但是这并不等于已经把农村中的集体所有制变成了全民所有制.现在全国农村已经公社化了,但是要在全国农村实现全民所有制,还需要经过一段相当的时间.”这里谈谈我们对这个问题的一些初步的体会.
