Strengthen the building of enterprise culture, the scientific integration of production factors can be scientifically guided enterprises to form common values, enhance cohesion, build a harmonious enterprise so that enterprises in the fierce market competition sustainable development. Different enterprises have to build more distinctive corporate culture, corporate values determine the direction of development of enterprises. Who mastered the advanced corporate culture, who can grasp the initiative of enterprise construction. This article discusses the role and significance of corporate culture construction and explores the ways of corporate culture construction.
