目的 :观察胃康复冲剂对胃粘膜组织超微结构的影响。方法 :应用胃康复冲剂治疗 61例脾虚证胃粘膜肠上皮化生 (IM )和不典型增生 (ATP)患者 ,治疗前后均作胃镜检查 ,取胃窦部粘膜作组织病理和超微结构检查。结果 :脾气虚证与脾阳虚证病理疗效优于脾阴虚证和脾虚气滞证 (P <0 0 5,P <0 0 1) ;4组脾虚证胃窦部病灶区组织病理、肠化生亚型和非病灶区粘膜超微结构中的“背景病变” ,在治疗后均有改善 ,趋向接近于健康对照组。结论 :胃康复冲剂是通过改善体内生物活性物质间的量比平衡关系 ,以维护机体内环境适应性调节机制 ,促进胃窦部粘膜超微结构正常化 ,而治愈临床症状 ,逆转IM和ATP的。
Objective : To observe the effect of Weifugan Granule on the ultrastructure of gastric mucosal tissue. Method: 61 cases of intestinal metaplasia (IM) and atypical hyperplasia (ATP) of spleen deficiency were treated with Weifugan Granule. Gastroscopy was performed before and after treatment. The gastric antral mucosa was taken for histopathology and ultrastructural examination. Results: The pathological effects of deficiency of spleen qi and deficiency of spleen yang were better than spleen yin deficiency syndrome and spleen qi stagnation syndrome (P < 0.05, P <0.01). The histopathology and intestinal tract in lesion area of antrum of spleen deficiency syndrome in 4 groups. The “background lesions” in the mucosal ultrastructure of metaplastic subtypes and non-lesioned areas improved after treatment and tended to be closer to the healthy control group. Conclusion: Weikang Granules can improve the balance of biological active substances in vivo by maintaining the balance between the amount of biologically active substances in the body, so as to maintain the mechanism of environmental adaptation in the body and promote the normalization of mucosal ultrastructure in gastric antrum, thereby curing clinical symptoms and reversing IM and ATP. .
