目的 :探讨东亚钳蝎毒抗癌多肽 (APBMV)对H2 2 荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用MTT比色法和血清溶血素测定法检测了经APBMV及其与 5 Fu联合用药治疗的H2 2 荷瘤小鼠的细胞及体液免疫功能。结果 :APBMV组及APBMV与 5 Fu联用组的NK细胞活性明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ConA诱导的淋巴细胞转化指数明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ;P <0 .0 1) ,与 5 Fu组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ;P <0 .0 1)。DNCB诱导的皮肤迟发型超敏反应表明 ,APBMV组及其与 5 Fu联用组的耳重差显著增高 (P <0 .0 1;P <0 .0 5 ) ,与 5 Fu组比较也有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。5 Fu组的白细胞数最低 ,与APBMV组及APBMV与 5 Fu联用组比较有显著差异性 (P <0 .0 0 1;P <0 .0 5 ) ,APB MV组的半数溶血值 (HC50 )显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :APBMV可显著增强H2 2 荷瘤小鼠免疫功能 ,减低肿瘤或化疗所致的免疫功能低下。
Objective: To investigate the effect of APBMV on the immune function of H22 tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: Cellular and humoral immune function of H22 tumor-bearing mice treated with APBMV and its combination with 5 Fu were detected by MTT colorimetric assay and serum hemolysin assay. RESULTS: NK cell activity was significantly increased in APBMV group and APBMV combined with 5 Fu group (P < 0.05), and ConA-induced lymphocyte transformation index was significantly higher (P <0.05; P <0. ), compared with 5 Fu group, the difference was significant (P <0.05; P <0.01). DNCB-induced delayed-type skin hypersensitivity indicated that the APBMV group and its combination with 5 Fu had a significantly greater difference in ear weight (P < 0.01; P <0.05), and it was also significant compared with the 5 Fu group. Difference (P < 0.01). 5 The number of white blood cells in the Fu group was the lowest, which was significantly different from the APBMV group and the APBMV and 5 Fu combined group (P <0.01; P <0.05), and the half hemolysis value in the APB MV group (HC50). Significantly higher (P < 0.01). Conclusion :APBMV can significantly enhance the immune function of H22 tumor-bearing mice and reduce the immune function caused by tumor or chemotherapy.
