1病例报告患者女,64岁。因肝功能反复异常1年入院。两年前因冠心病心绞痛服用可达灵片。1年前体检时发现肝功能异常,谷丙转氨酶294U/L,谷草转氨酶150U/L,多次复诊并口服保肝药物,但谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶波动于75~359U/L和61~226U/L。入院查体:既往无肝病史,无家族遗传病史,无烟酒嗜好,否认药物、食物过敏史,生命体征平稳,全身皮肤、巩膜未见黄染,肝脾肋下未触及,肝区叩痛阴性。实验室检查,谷丙转氨酶276U/L,谷草转氨酶135U/L,总胆汁酸61.1μmol/L;血尿
