舟山出入境检验检疫局自1997年10月28日在归国劳务人员中发现舟山市首例HIV感染者后,相继于1998年及1999年从归国劳务人员中分别检出HIV感染者3例。在对4例HIV感染者进行流行病学调查后,提出应将赴HIV和AIDS高发区的劳务人员,列为HIV感染重点监测对象。提出应从加强宣传教育、国际旅行卫生保健咨询、加强社会综合治理和归国劳务人员的后续管理等方面采取相应措施,从而有效地预防AIDS的传播、蔓延。
Since October 28, 1997, Zhoushan Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau found that the first case of HIV infection in Zhoushan City returned home workers, three cases of HIV-infected persons were successively detected from returning workers in 1998 and 1999 respectively . After conducting epidemiological investigation on 4 cases of HIV-infected people, it was suggested that labors who went to areas with high incidence of HIV and AIDS should be listed as the key surveillance targets of HIV infection. It is suggested that measures should be taken such as strengthening publicity and education, advising on international travel and health care, strengthening social comprehensive governance and follow-up management of returnees, so as to effectively prevent the spread and spread of AIDS.
