对羊栖菜 [Sargassum fusiforme( Harv.) Setchell]中分离提取的多糖进行了降血糖活性研究。实验表明 ,羊栖菜多糖对正常空腹小鼠无降低血糖作用。对四氧嘧啶造成的动物糖尿病模型 ,可使糖尿病动物血糖、血清及胰腺组织过氧化脂质水平明显降低 ,能明显提高糖尿病小鼠对糖的耐受能力
The hypoglycemic activity of polysaccharides isolated from Sargassum fusiforme (Harv.) Setchell was studied. Experiments have shown that the polysaccharides of sargassum did not lower blood sugar in normal fasting mice. The animal model of diabetes caused by alloxan can significantly reduce blood lipids, serum and pancreatic tissue lipid peroxidation in diabetic animals, and can significantly increase the tolerance to glucose in diabetic mice.
