目的:分析外科病理诊断冷冻切片制作技术的应用效果。方法:严格规范操作取材、切片、固定、染色、封片等制作过程的各个环节,并对制片的质量进行分析观察。结果:制作的切片细胞核为蓝色,其中核膜清晰且分明适度,具有良好的分辨率,红蓝对比十分清晰,色彩较为鲜明,不存在溢胶、气泡现象,标签粘贴完好,切片较为整洁,无脱片、废片等情况出现。结论:对制片中的各个环节技术进行严格规范,可有效避免在制作冷冻切片中出现的问题,利于冷冻切片质量的提高,有利于医务人员决定具体的手术方式,从而指导临床治疗。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the application effect of the technique of making frozen sections by surgical pathology. Methods: Strictly regulate the operation of the material, slicing, fixing, dyeing, sealing and other aspects of the production process, and the quality of the film were analyzed. Results: The nucleus of the sectioned slice was blue, and the nuclear membrane was clear and moderately moderate with good resolution. The contrast of red and blue was very clear, the color was clear, there was no excess glue, bubbles, the label was well pasted, the slices were neat, No strip, waste film and so on. Conclusion: Strictly regulate the technology in each aspect of the filmmaking, which can effectively avoid the problems in the production of frozen sections, improve the quality of frozen sections, help the medical staff to decide the specific operation mode and guide the clinical treatment.
