本文对影响针阀体真空渗碳均匀性的主要因素做了较详细的讨论，简要地说明了采用液体渗碳剂裂解气附加氮气增压真空渗碳（简称氮增压真空渗碳）的基本原理，提出了适用于针阀体一类零件的真空渗碳工艺。
