果实裂果是果树生产上的一个普遍问题,如枇把、葡萄、樱桃、苹果等,均易发生裂果,一般裂果率为15—30%,严重时可达60—70%。 一、裂果原因 1.气候条件不良。在果实膨大成熟期,如遇长期阴雨、光照不足,或久旱突然降雨时,极易发生裂果。原因是降雨会使果皮大量吸收水分,产生异常的膨压,引起机械伤害,导致裂果。
