1953年7月出生,中共党员,在职研究生,高级经济师。1972年参加工作以来,历任信用社信贷员、会计员、副主任、主任、县(市)级农行行长兼联社主任,现任山西省信用联社临汾办事处党组书记、主任,兼尧都区信用联社党委书记、理事长,并当选为尧都区及临汾市人大常委会委员。卢天录努力践行“三个代表”重要思想,严格执行党和国家的金融方针政策,勤政廉洁,率先垂范,带出了团结奋进、开拓创新的联社和基层信用社班子,
Born in July 1953, CCP member, working graduate student, senior economist. Since taking part in the work in 1972, he successively took the posts of credit officer, accountant, deputy director and director of the credit cooperatives, director of the county (city) level agricultural bank and director of the association, and now serves as party secretary and director of the Linfen office of Shanxi Provincial Credit Union, District Credit Union party secretary, chairman of the board, and was elected as a member of the Yaodu and Linfen City People’s Congress Standing Committee.
