对极蘗大穗型冬小麦品种鲁麦12号的幼穗发育进行了观察。结果表明,该品种春性化趋势明显且对门照反应迟钝,适期早播可使幼穗分化提前开始,幼穗发育时间相对延长;冬前≥5℃的有效积温达到280℃左右是幼穗开始分化的必要条件,一定的负积温有利于春化阶段的通过;日照时数在幼穗发育的不同阶段作用各异。试验还揭示了幼穗发育的形态指标,指出品种的春化趋势与对日照相对不敏感性的统一是鲁麦12号大穗性和高生产力的内在因素,适期早播并重视药隔期的肥水运筹是保证其穗大粒多的关键措施。
The panicle development of the winter wheat cultivar Lumai 12 with extremely tiller and big spike was observed. The results showed that the trend of spring sexuality was obvious and the reaction was slow to the door. The early stage of early sowing could make young spike differentiation begin earlier and the development time of young spike was relatively longer. When the effective accumulated temperature ≥5 ℃ before winter was 280 ℃, The necessary conditions for starting differentiation, a certain negative accumulated temperature is conducive to the passage of vernalization stage; sunshine hours play a different role in different stages of young panicle development. The experiment also revealed morphological indicators of young panicle development. It was pointed out that the unification of vernalization trend and relatively insensitivity to sunlight was the intrinsic factor of large panicle and high productivity of Lumai 12. The fertilizer and water management is to ensure that the spike large grain more key measures.
