指出研究三峡电站接地问题的重要性，提出其土壤结构模型。通过自行编制的接地计算程序对三峡电站的接地网进行初步计算分析，提出了设计三峡电站接地网时的参考意见。
The importance of studying the grounding problem of Three Gorges Power Station is pointed out and the soil structure model is proposed. Based on the calculation program of the grounding system of the Three Gorges Power Station, the author puts forward the suggestions for designing the grounding network of the Three Gorges Power Station.
