党的作风,关系党的形象,关系人心向背,关系党的生命。党的十五届五中全会作出决定,加强和改进党的作风建设,是当前摆在全党同志面前一个十分重要的任务。这既是新时期全面推进党的建设这一新的伟大工程的重要内容,也是进入新世纪后,全面推进建设有中国特色社会主义伟大事业的历史任务的必然要求。兵团第五次党代会和兵团党委(扩大)会议,要求兵团各级党组织和广大党员干部,大力弘扬党的理论联系实际、密切联系群众、批评与自我批评的优良作风,以实际行动推进党的作风建设。
