脂肪酸的二氯甲烷溶液 ,滴加新鲜制备的 SOCl2 - DMF复合物 ,维持 0～ 5℃搅拌 15 min后再依序加位阻醇和吡啶 ,室温反应 6 h,得到相应的位阻醇脂肪酸酯。收率伯醇 18例93%～ 98% ;仲醇 11例 93%～ 99%。位阻醇脂肪酸酯的一锅合成@Kaul S@陈越磊
