血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂如巯甲丙脯酸可作为抗心绞痛的一种新的治疗选择。本研究旨在评价静脉应用巯甲丙脯酸时对血浆肾素活性正常的非继发性心绞痛患者心绞痛的阈值、全身及冠脉循环血液动力学的短期作用。方法研究对象为12例慢性稳定型心绞痛患者,经诊断性冠脉血管造影显示左室功能正常。
Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, such as captopril, are a new therapeutic option for anti-anginal pectoris. This study was designed to evaluate the short-term effects of intravenous thromboxane on angina pectoris, systemic and coronary circulation hemodynamics in patients with non-secondary plasma angina with normal plasma renin activity. Methods The subjects were 12 patients with chronic stable angina who had normal left ventricular function by diagnostic coronary angiography.
