目的以经典方葛根芩连汤为例,对中医方药临床剂量与效应的变化规律进行研究。方法葛根芩连汤给药根据剂量分为9个组(1.65~28.05 g/kg),每组同样的剂量给药6次,提取血清蛋白、血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素抵抗指数5项指标的因子。结果提取2个公共因子,方差贡献率分别为55.601%和24.157%。第1因子能代表血糖、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素抵抗指数,而第2因子则适合代表血清蛋白和胰岛素。结论在分析葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病的实验数据中,因子分析法取得了较好的效果,可以消除人为因素的干扰,是研究中药临床量效关系的有效方法。
Objective To study the changes of the clinical dose and effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription Gegen Qinlian Decoction. Methods Gegen Qinlian Decoction was divided into 9 groups (1.65 ~ 28.05 g / kg) according to the dosage, and the same dose of each group was given 6 times. Serum protein, blood glucose, insulin, glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index Factor. Results Two public factors were extracted and the variance contribution rates were 55.601% and 24.157% respectively. Factor 1 can represent blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index, while the second factor is suitable for representing serum proteins and insulin. Conclusion The experimental data of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of diabetes, factor analysis method has achieved good results, eliminating the interference of human factors, is an effective way to study the clinical dose-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine.
