俗话说,“裁缝要学会量体裁衣,教师要学会因材施教。”每个学生的学习基础、理解能力、接纳能力和逻辑思维能力各不相同,因此,不能指望用同一种教学手段达到同样的教学目的。

俗话说,“裁缝要学会量体裁衣,教师要学会因材施教。”每个学生的学习基础、理解能力、接纳能力和逻辑思维能力各不相同,因此,不能指望用同一种教学手段达到同样的教学目的。从事多年初中数学教学工作,在实际教学中,摸索出与学生实际学习相契合的教学方法,那就是分层教学法。把在教学过程中的分析、思考以及分层教学在数学课堂中的应用呈献给广大教师,渴望各位教师的批评指正。
