德育工作在各个学科中都是一项不可忽视的工作。以前我对老师的认识只停留在老师上好课,学生学会知识。以为这样老师就做到尽心尽责了。但当我步入教师这个行业以后才明白,每个孩子都有自己的特点、性个、爱好、优缺点等。这些都是我们做教师应该去关注和研究的。这些远比逼迫孩子去背一篇课文,多会做一道题更有长远意义。只有真正了解孩子的需求,解决孩子的心结,这才是成功的老师。同时,我们也不能忽视家庭对孩子的影响,家庭是孩子第一课堂,家庭环境对
Moral education is a work that can not be ignored in all disciplines. In the past, my understanding of the teacher only stayed on the teacher’s class and students learned knowledge.
