随着我国城市建设的快速发展,建筑业的发展异军突起,混凝土的用量与日俱增,但是混凝土是一种混合材料并且其施工过程中要经过拌合、运输、浇注等多种工序,这决定了影响混凝土质量的因素很多,由于施工技术或人为的原因,混凝土浇筑施工时出现了很多的问题,给工程施工带来了不良影响,并对工程质量和安全构成隐患。本文针对混凝土常见浇筑施工中的问题及其原因进行分析、归纳总结,根据施工经验并提出切实可行的处理措施,以期避免和减少混凝土质量问题的发生,有效的保证混凝土的工程质量。
With the rapid development of urban construction in our country, the development of the construction industry has a sudden emergence and the amount of concrete is increasing day by day. However, concrete is a kind of mixed material and its construction process goes through a variety of procedures such as mixing, transportation and pouring, Many factors of quality, due to construction technology or man-made reasons, pouring concrete construction appeared a lot of problems, the construction has brought adverse effects, and the quality of the project and safety problems. In this paper, the common pouring construction of concrete problems and their causes are analyzed, summarized, based on construction experience and put forward feasible measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of concrete quality problems, and effectively ensure the quality of the concrete project.
