人类是善于思考和学习的动物,可以通过研究和观察其他事物得到启发进而加深解。人们在企业组织里,不仅仅是想通过劳动来换取相应的货币报酬,更是通过在群体中的活动来满足实现自我价值的需要。对于企业而言,如何正确的看待和研究组织行为,对企业的管理、决策都起着重要的作用。研究组织行为,其实就是研究人类的自身行为,个人的心理活动和行为都会对企业这个组织产生影响,如何达到双方利益最大化,最终实现各自的需求,是企业管理者需要思考的问题。
Humans are good at thinking and learning animals, can be inspired by research and observation of other things and deepen the solution. In enterprise organizations, people not only want to get the corresponding monetary remuneration through labor, but also meet the need of realizing self-worth through the activities in the group. For enterprises, how to treat and study organizational behavior correctly plays an important role in the management and decision-making of enterprises. To study organizational behavior is actually to study the behavior of human beings. Individual psychological activities and behaviors will affect the organization of the enterprise. How to achieve the maximization of the interests of both parties and ultimately the realization of their own needs is a question that business managers need to think about.
