目的:探讨牙齿异位与鞍桥之间的关系。方法:选取中国医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科牙齿异位患者72名作为实验组,无牙齿异位的安氏I类患者81名作为对照组,年龄范围9~25岁。通过临床检查诊断牙异位,使用Winceph 8.0软件对蝶鞍大小进行测量,记录蝶鞍前后床突的钙化程度,采用SPSS 21.0统计软件对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:实验组与对照组相比,蝶鞍长度、深度、直径差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的鞍桥(部分鞍桥和完全鞍桥)发生率为54.16%(39/72),对照组的鞍桥发生率为18.50%(15/81),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者中鞍桥发生率无性别差异。结论:牙异位患者中完全和部分鞍桥发生率比对照组高,牙异位的发生与蝶鞍大小有显著相关性。
Objective: To explore the relationship between ectopic and saddle bridge. Methods: Totally 72 edentulous orthodontic patients with oral cavity affiliated to China Medical University were enrolled in this study. Totally 81 Ansar Group patients without ectopic eutopic were selected as the control group, with the age range of 9 to 25 years old. The clinical diagnosis of ectopic ectopic, the use of Winceph 8.0 software to measure the size of the sella, before and after the sella calcification calcification, the use of SPSS 21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data. Results: Compared with the control group, the length, the depth and the diameter of the sella were significantly different (P <0.05). The incidence of saddle bridge (partial saddle bridge and complete saddle bridge) in the experimental group was 54.16% (39/72), while that of the control group was 18.50% (15/81), with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no gender difference in the incidence of saddle bridge in the experimental group. Conclusion: The incidence of complete and partial saddle bridge in patients with ectopic patients is higher than that of the control group. The incidence of ectopic odontoid has significant correlation with the size of the sella.
