随着社会主义市场的经济逐步完善,社会化培训面临着更大的需求。在上海目前日益开放的今天,特别是在加入WTO以后,包括城市管理、服务、金融等在内的许多领域的人才短缺显然与国际化要求不相适应,需要教育和培训提供强有力的支持。在这种情况下,上海电大继续教育学院的项目管理模式必须进行全面改革,与时俱进,以便为国际化开放的城市提供更为对口、更高质量和更大规模的培训。
With the gradual improvement of the economy in the socialist market, social training faces greater needs. Today, as Shanghai is becoming more and more open today, especially after joining the WTO, the shortage of qualified personnel in many fields, including urban management, services and finance, obviously does not meet the requirements of internationalization and requires strong support from education and training. Under such circumstances, the project management model of Shanghai TVU Institute of Continuing Education must undergo a comprehensive reform and keep pace with the times so as to provide more cosmopolitan, higher-quality and larger-scale training in an open, internationalized city.
