从2011年11月份开始,本刊已连续3期刊登了6位专家学者对韦寿增精神的解读文章,力求让广大读者深入理解其精神实质。本期继续刊登顾凤威和谢永新两位专家的解读文章。谢永新教授从三个角度总结韦寿增精神,即心系百姓、坚定为民的信念,恪尽职守、身先士卒的使命,依法办事、刚正不阿的职责。顾凤威教授则从社会主义发展观的角度,结合韦寿增的实际做法,分三个方面解读韦寿增是如何在工作中践行科学发展观。
From November 2011 onwards, we published three articles in a row for 6 experts and scholars to understand the spirit of Weishazeng’s articles, and strive to make readers understand the spirit of essence. Current issue of Gu Fengwei and Xie Yongxin two experts read the article. Professor Xie Yongxin summed up Wei Shouzeng’s spirit from three perspectives, that is, his heart and his people, his faith in resolutely serving the people, his due diligence, his mission as a pioneer, his obligation to act in accordance with the law and upright integrity. Gu Fengwei from the perspective of socialist concept of development, combined with Wei Shouzeng’s practice, in three aspects to explain how Wei Shouzeng in practice practicing the scientific concept of development.
