介绍了在大功率车用柴油机上进行的电控系统研究。采用电液控制方式实现了喷油量和可调涡轮截面增压器的电子控制。控制单元基于双 8位 MC6 8HC11单片机 ,采用汇编语言进行电控实时软件开发和辅助调试系统开发。该系统已装在国产 WR- 36车用发动机上进行了台架匹配以及装车试验。结果表明 ,电控系统的应用有效地改善了发动机的怠速性能、起步加速性能以及使用性能
The research of electric control system on high-power diesel engine is introduced. The electro-hydraulic control method is adopted to realize the electronic control of the fuel injection amount and the adjustable turbine section supercharger. The control unit is based on dual 8-bit MC6 8HC11 microcontroller, the use of assembly language for electronic control real-time software development and debugging system development. The system has been installed in the domestic WR-36 car engine on the bench matching and loading test.
