根据蔬菜种子的生理生化特性 ,研制了双行程红外辐射振动流化干燥机。根据干燥动力学方程 ,分析了既节能又可保证种子活力的干燥工艺参数 ,对褚杨蔬菜种子的干燥临界安全温度方程与 Ptitsyn谷物临界温度方程进行了比较 ,为蔬菜种子安全干燥提供了理论依据
According to the physiological and biochemical characteristics of vegetable seeds, a dual-trip infrared radiation vibration fluidized dryer was developed. Based on the kinetic equation of dryness, the drying process parameters, which not only save energy but also ensure the seed vigor, were analyzed. The critical drying temperature equation of Chu Yang vegetable seeds was compared with the critical temperature equation of Ptitsyn grain, which provided a theoretical basis for the safe drying of vegetable seeds
