近年来,笔者用加味五淋散治疗热淋30多例,血淋10多例,疗效满意。近二年又用它加金钱草等治疗石淋4例,亦获痊愈。加味五淋散基本方为:栀子12克,赤苓12克,当归12克,赤芍12克,黄芩12克,生地15克,泽泻12克,车前子15克,滑石15克,木通12克,甘草3克。热淋热甚者倍生地;便秘者加大黄。血淋合小蓟饮子;石淋加金钱草,海金砂等。
