本文根据五因素系统分组方差分析的实验结果,考察了所提出的同系物保留指数相对于常用的气相色谱定性参数相对保留值、Kovats保留指数的优越性,得到以下结论:同系物保留指数的固定液配比和柱温因素的相对标准差(变异系数)远比相对保留值和Kovats保留指数的对应值小。因而同系物保留指数最精密。由于同系物保留指数更准确地显示了化学物质的色谱行为,故能比Kovats保留指数更可靠地用于鉴定,并将获得更广泛的应用。Kovats保留指数可看成是同系物保留指数用于烷烃的特例。
Based on the experimental results of the five-way system grouping variance analysis, this paper examines the superiority of the proposed homologue retention index relative to the commonly used gas chromatographic qualitative parameters relative retention and Kovats retention index. The following conclusions are drawn: the retention index of homologues is fixed. The relative standard deviation (coefficient of variation) of the liquid ratio and the column temperature factor is much smaller than the corresponding values of the relative retention and the Kovats retention index. Therefore, the homologue retention index is the most precise. Since the homologue retention index more accurately shows the chromatographic behavior of chemicals, it can be used more reliably for identification than the Kovats retention index and will be used more widely. Kovats retention index can be seen as a special case of homologue retention index for alkanes.
