利用表面封装电阻阵列研制了红外动目标源,其驱动电路采用8×8局域扫描电路,可同时驱动16x512像元,在计算机控制下产生3-12um范围内的红外热目标图形,所生成的红外热目标图形可进行灰度控制,并可在计算机控制下运动。
The surface-mounted resistor array is used to develop the infrared moving target source. The driving circuit uses an 8 × 8 local scanning circuit to drive 16x512 pixels at the same time. Under the control of a computer, an infrared hot target graph in the range of 3-12um is generated. Infrared hot target graphics grayscale control, and can be controlled by the computer movement.
