“第七届亚洲游泳锦标赛水球比赛暨世界游泳锦标赛亚洲区资格赛”于2005年5月24-28日在广东顺德举行,中国队以五战全胜的战绩获得冠军,同时也获得参加第十一届世界游泳锦标赛水球比赛的资格。这次胜利,结束了中国水球十二年不胜哈萨克斯坦、近几年三次败给日本、十四年与亚洲冠军无缘的历史。参加本次比赛的共有八支队伍,他们分别是:哈萨克斯坦、日本、韩国、乌兹别克斯坦、菲律宾、新加坡、中国台北、中国等。其中日本队是近几年与我队比赛的最
