锌是植物营养中重要的微量元素之一,作为生物体中酶或辅酶的组成成分,参与生物机能的活动,如叶绿素、生长素的合成,能增强作物的呼吸作用,光合作用的氧化还原过程,对改善碳水化合物的合成和运输具有多方面的生理作用。因此,锌的供应状况,同样地影响作物的生育、产量和质量。为了探讨辽宁水稻高产措施,解决生产存在问题,促进水稻的增产增收,于1978~1984年,由辽宁省盐碱地利用研究所主持,组织省、市、地、县、场(乡)科研与生产部门共56个单位,在全省不同土壤类型,不同水稻品种及不同栽培条件下进行了施锌效应及其施用技术的研究,取得了显著的增产效果和很大的经济效益,为我省水稻增产,起到了重要的推动作用。
